what it is

A call to metamorphosis.

In The Hero with a Thousand Faces, Joseph Campbell describes mythology as a process of transformation — an invitation into a new world, challenges to overcome, and the willingness to become one’s true self. The Quest is our take on that journey.

It’s a 12-week program designed to build lean, functional, and usable muscle tissue. With three focused sessions per week, this program is your opportunity to rewrite your story — both physically and mentally.

the focus

Body recomposition through intentional movement.

This program is about building lean muscle while improving movement quality and expanding your end ranges of motion. It’s pump-heavy, rooted in intentional movement, and designed to challenge your concept of failure.

The Quest blends a wide variety of movements and training concepts while staying true to the timeless principles of classic bodybuilding. It will push your limits, rewrite your tolerance for discomfort, and leave you stronger, more capable, and more confident.

what you’ll need

The challenge, and the equipment.

You’ll need access to free weights, barbells, sandbags or D-balls, kettlebells, boxes, a rig, and resistance bands. A cable machine, leg press, or a few old-school bodybuilding tools will enhance the experience but aren’t required.

This isn’t just a workout program — it’s a test of your willingness to change. If you’re ready to step into the unknown and transform both your body and your mindset, this is your call to action.

Coach behind Man of Steel · 300 · Justice League

No one questions the accomplished man. An accomplished man gets there by questioning everything. Michael Blevins arrived at coaching by way of a single question asked of his own body — how much better can this get? The answer took him through Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, hundreds of bike races, a decade of endurance sport, and eventually into the work of building the bodies behind the screen. He founded Heavy Meta and The Space Program to put the method in other people's hands.
