Terms of Service

Wulfdenn LLC (DBA Heavy Meta) Effective date: September 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Wulfdenn LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as Heavy Meta ("Heavy Meta," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of weareheavymeta.com, the Heavy Meta mobile app, the Space Program membership, the Constraint Method diagnostic, and all related content, programs, and services (together, the "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully. They include a health and safety disclaimer, an assumption of risk, a limitation of liability, a no-refund policy, and a binding arbitration agreement with a class-action waiver (Section 17). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are 16 or 17, you may use the Services only if your parent or legal guardian has read these Terms and agrees to them on your behalf. By allowing a minor to use the Services, the parent or guardian accepts these Terms, is responsible for the minor's use, and confirms the minor is physically able to participate in the training.

You may not use the Services if you have previously been banned from them or if you are prohibited from using them under applicable law.

2. The Services

Heavy Meta provides training content, programs, and community, including:

  • Space Program — the core membership, with live and recorded training sessions.

  • Open Space — the archive of past sessions.

  • Start Sequence — onboarding for new members.

  • Missions — directed programs of defined length (for example, the 12-week Endurance program).

  • Movement Library — reference videos for individual movements.

  • Constraint Method diagnostic — a free assessment at /constraint that matches you to a constraint profile and to sample sessions.

  • The Heavy Meta app — access to the above on iOS and Android.

We may add, change, or remove content and features at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific session, program, coach, or feature will remain available.

Some programs, coaching, and in-person access are offered by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and acceptance may be subject to additional agreements, including a separate facility waiver for any in-person access.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately at michael@weareheavymeta.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Accounts are for one person. You may not share your login, and you may not let others access member content through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are shared.

4. Membership, billing, and renewal

Subscriptions. Space Program membership and other subscription products are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as stated at checkout) until you cancel. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processors (Squarespace and/or Stripe) to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period at the then-current rate.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the price in effect at renewal.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing michael@weareheavymeta.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then. We do not prorate.

No refunds. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused sessions, unwatched content, or annual plans cancelled before their term ends. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.

Price changes. We may change membership prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect on your subscription. If you don't cancel before the change takes effect, you accept the new price.

Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.

Taxes. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes.

Chargebacks. Disputing a valid charge with your bank instead of contacting us may result in account termination.

5. App store purchases

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and billing, cancellation, and any refunds are handled through your app store account, not by us. The no-refund policy above applies to the extent permitted by the app store's rules. You must cancel app store subscriptions through the app store; cancelling on our website does not cancel an app store subscription, and vice versa.

Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Services.

6. Health and safety disclaimer

Training is physically demanding and carries real risk. The Services provide general fitness and training content. They are not medical advice, physical therapy, or a substitute for evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional.

By using the Services you confirm that:

  • You have consulted, or had the opportunity to consult, a physician before beginning any training program, and you are physically able to participate.

  • You will stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any symptom that concerns you.

  • You will exercise in a safe environment with appropriate equipment and space, and you will use equipment only as it was designed to be used.

  • You are responsible for scaling loads, intensity, and volume to your own capacity. Nothing in a session, program, or diagnostic is a prescription for you specifically.

  • Results vary. We make no promises about strength gains, endurance, body composition, performance, or any other outcome.

Coaches and content may reference the Constraint Method, Mission Control, the Space Race, or other Heavy Meta programs and events. Any in-person participation is governed by separate agreements and waivers.

7. Assumption of risk and release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury, illness, property damage, or death arising from your use of the Services and your participation in any training, session, program, or challenge presented through them, whether or not caused by our negligence. You release Wulfdenn LLC (DBA Heavy Meta), its members, managers, coaches, contractors, and agents from all claims arising from that participation, except to the extent the law does not allow such a release.

If you are a parent or guardian agreeing on behalf of a minor, you make this assumption of risk and release on the minor's behalf and your own.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — videos, sessions, programs, written material, the Constraint Method diagnostic and its outputs, graphics, logos, software, and the selection and arrangement of all of it — is owned by Wulfdenn LLC (DBA Heavy Meta) or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

"Heavy Meta," "Space Program," "Open Space," "Start Sequence," "Mission Control," "Movement Library," "The Constraint Method," "The Space Race," and associated logos are trademarks of Wulfdenn LLC (DBA Heavy Meta). You may not use them without our written permission.

Your license. While your account is in good standing, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream and view content for your own non-commercial training. You may not:

  • Download, record, screen-capture, copy, or redistribute content except where the app provides an explicit download feature for offline viewing.

  • Share content with non-members, post it publicly, or use it to train others for money.

  • Use content to build a competing program, product, or service.

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or watermark.

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Services, including by automated means or AI training tools.

This license ends when your membership ends or when we terminate it for a violation.

9. Your content

You may submit content to us — application answers, diagnostic responses, comments, messages, training logs, photos, videos, or posts in community areas ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content.

By submitting it, you grant Heavy Meta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, adapt, and display Your Content as needed to operate and improve the Services, to review your application, and — for content you post publicly or in community areas — to display it to other members. If you want us to feature Your Content in marketing (for example, a testimonial), we will ask for separate permission.

You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate anyone else's rights or any law. We may remove Your Content at any time for any reason.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of others.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members, coaches, or staff.

  • Post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing.

  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.

  • Upload malware, spam, or automated traffic.

  • Interfere with the Services, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, or circumvent access controls or payment.

  • Use the Services for any commercial purpose we haven't authorized in writing.

11. Community areas

If we provide forums, comments, or other community features, they are for members to support each other's training. We may moderate, but we don't review everything and are not responsible for what members post. Content posted by other members reflects their views, not ours. Report abuse to michael@weareheavymeta.com.

12. Third-party services

The Services rely on and link to third parties, including Squarespace, Stripe, Klaviyo, Apple, Google, Meta, and YouTube. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. It is part of these Terms.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEAVY META DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOU.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEAVY META LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, COACHES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law permits.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wulfdenn LLC (DBA Heavy Meta) and its members, managers, coaches, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

17. Dispute resolution: binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration or any other proceeding, you agree to email us at michael@weareheavymeta.com with a description of the dispute and what you want. We'll do the same if we have a dispute with you. If we can't resolve it within 60 days, either side may proceed as described below.

Agreement to arbitrate. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services — including whether this section applies — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either side may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property infringement or unauthorized access.

Rules and forum. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Arbitration will take place in Salt Lake County, Utah, or by video or phone if you prefer. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could. We will pay AAA filing fees above what you would pay to file in court, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous.

Class-action waiver. You and Heavy Meta agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will proceed in court, and the arbitration agreement will still apply to all other claims.

30-day opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing michael@weareheavymeta.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, the email on your account, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Jury waiver. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and Heavy Meta each waive any right to a jury trial.

18. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and Heavy Meta consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

19. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your membership at any time (Section 4). We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. If we terminate for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund. Sections that by their nature should survive — including Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 — survive termination.

20. Changes to the Services or these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or by a notice on the Services at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree, cancel before the effective date. Changes to the arbitration section will not apply to disputes that arose before the change.

21. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and Heavy Meta regarding the Services and replace any prior agreements.

  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor.

  • Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

  • Notices. We may send notices to the email on your account. You may send notices to michael@weareheavymeta.com.

  • Export and sanctions. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to US embargo and are not on any US restricted-party list.
