Missions
Learn to fly.
Start Sequence
The Start Sequence teaches you the Heavy Meta method: three programs, in order.
View Start SequenceStart Sequence · Completed in order
Every member starts here.
Three programs, completed in sequence, that teach you how we train — so when you reach Open Space, you know how to fly.
First Contact
Where the method is introduced. The movements, the standards, the language — the rhythm of training that everything after this builds on.
Escape Velocity
Thirty-seven sessions that build working capacity while teaching the concepts behind it — pacing, efficiency, fatigue, real strength — one idea at a time.
Free Fall
The hands come off the controls. Structured sessions give way to guided choice — by the end, you're navigating Open Space on your own instruments.
Missions · Finite & directed
One objective. A start. An end.
Missions are finite. Each one targets a single adaptation with a defined start, a defined end, and a defined objective. You launch, you execute, you come back stronger than you left.
The Quest for the Hypertrophy
A twelve-week pursuit of lean mass — hypertrophy trained with intent, not vanity. Volume with a storyline.
The Quest II
The second season: heavier questions, harder answers. Ten weeks that pick up where the first Quest left off.
MIL_SEL
Selection prep: rucking, running, and capacity under load — nine blocks built against military selection standards. Do not take it lightly.
Groundwork
Strength and conditioning built around the grappler's week — get stronger and harder to kill without wrecking your mat time.
Endurance
Aerobic development without leaving the gym — thirteen weeks of engine work: long efforts, pacing, and the patience to hold output.
More missions inbound
Strength. Capacity. Workspace — a mobility-specific track. New missions join the manifest over time; each follows the same template: one objective, a duration, equipment requirements.
