what it is
For over a decade we've logged our most compelling sessions by asking one question:
“I wonder what this would feel like?”
The practice
What began as an experiment between coaches became a practice shared by athletes and the fitness-minded. Today the Space Program holds 2,500+ sessions and 1,000+ movement demonstrations. We explore theory, host events and Q&As, and turn regular people into their own coaches.
Who trains here
Our members include high-level coaches, elite athletes, firefighters, law enforcement, operators, CEOs, amateur competitors, and everyday people taking control of their fitness.
How you find your way in
Sessions are searchable by equipment, author, sensation, and attribute. For newer athletes, eight fully guided tracks of 8–12 weeks each build the foundations of fitness or expand your requisites for competition.
We hesitate to even call it a program. It's a guided education in physical philosophy.
how you use it
Everything, findable.
who's behind it
The coaches.

What six years of it looks like.
I’ve been training with Michael and Erin in some capacity or another since 2020 — through training camps, the Quest for the Hypertrophy, and Endurance.
After years of lifting and martial arts on my own, taking the training methodology seriously has helped me, at nearly 40:
- Regain control of my body, and fight off injury.
- Have people ask me, “Hey. Have you been working out? You’re looking jacked.”
- Have the type of endurance during jiu jitsu rounds to be a serious problem.
- Change my internal self-talk from entirely negative to supportive and encouraging, in a way that years of therapy couldn’t crack.
It’s also fun. Novel. Engaging. You can’t check out — it forces you to pay attention, but it doesn’t leave you unable to train the next day. You find yourself able to do things. You’ll build your capability without a lot of needless suffering.
To be clear: there will be suffering, but it will be productive. You will learn things about yourself, and have no illusions about what you can and cannot realistically do — which is invaluable.
- If you want a taster: Free Fall
- If you’re a bit broken and need to move pain-free again: Groundwork BJJ
- If you want people to comment on how you look: The Quest for the Hypertrophy
- If you want to go far: Endurance
And if you want to meet people who get it — and are prepared to welcome you with open arms if you’re prepared to trust the process — come meet everyone in person at a camp or event.
before you ask
The honest answers.
01Who is this for?
People who train because it matters to them — not because a challenge told them to. You don't need to be advanced. You need to be serious about learning. If you see the gym as a lab and not a stage, you're in the right place.
02What do I actually get?
The full library — 2,500+ sessions and counting — plus every guided program, 700+ movement demos, warm-up and mobility libraries, articles, the podcast, and the members' forum. One membership. Everything we make.
03How is this different from other programs?
Most programs rent you a spreadsheet. We teach you the language: every session explains what it's for, and the library lets you explore instead of obey. The goal is that you eventually don't need us.
04Equipment & gym?
A standard gym covers you: barbell, dumbbells or kettlebells, a pull-up bar, something to jump on and something odd to carry. Traveling or training thin? Filter by implement — including Minimal and Hotel.
05Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in — the membership is month-to-month and you can cancel from your account in two clicks. Start with a free week and see if it's for you.
