Privacy Policy

Wulfdenn LLC / DBA: Heavy Meta Effective date: September 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wulfdenn LLC ("Heavy Meta," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit weareheavymeta.com, use the Heavy Meta mobile app, join the Space Program membership, take the Constraint Method diagnostic, submit an application, or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services").

By using the Services you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Wulfdenn LLC is a Utah limited liability company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. We operate an online training platform and related content, programs, and community.

Contact for privacy questions or requests: michael@weareheavymeta.com

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Account information. Name, email address, password, and any profile details you add when you create an account or join the Space Program.

  • Payment information. When you purchase a membership or program, your payment is processed by Squarespace and/or Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing details. We do not store full card numbers.

  • Constraint Method diagnostic responses. When you use the diagnostic at /constraint, we collect your answers, your resulting constraint profile (for example Muscular Output, Muscular Efficiency, Aerobic Output, or Aerobic Efficiency), and the email address you provide to receive results.

  • Application information. If you apply for coaching, the Space, or another application-based program, we collect what you submit on the form. This can include your name, contact details, location, training history, goals, how you heard about us, and whether an existing member can vouch for you.

  • Communications. Emails, messages, form submissions, survey responses, and anything else you send us.

  • Training and fitness details you choose to share. Some diagnostic and application questions ask about your training background, physical capacity, injuries, or goals. Sharing this is voluntary. We use it only to match you to programs and to coach you, and we treat it with additional care as described in Section 5.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data. Pages and sessions viewed, videos watched, programs started, features used, time on page, links clicked, and email opens and clicks.

  • Device and technical data. IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, app version, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from IP address.

  • Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 6.

Information from third parties

  • Payment processors (Squarespace, Stripe) send us transaction confirmations and subscription status.

  • App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) send us anonymized download and crash data and, if you purchase through them, purchase confirmations without your full payment details.

  • Advertising and analytics platforms (Meta, Google) provide aggregated campaign performance and, through pixels, event data tied to your browser or device.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account and deliver the Services you signed up for, including the Space Program, Open Space session archive, Start Sequence onboarding, Missions, and the Movement Library.

  • Process payments, manage subscriptions and renewals, and send transactional messages such as receipts, renewal notices, and account changes.

  • Deliver your Constraint Method results and route you to the programs, free sessions, and email content matched to your constraint profile.

  • Review applications and contact applicants.

  • Send marketing and educational email through Klaviyo, which you can unsubscribe from at any time (Section 7).

  • Run, measure, and improve advertising on platforms like Meta and Google, including building audiences of people who visited our site or resemble our members.

  • Understand how the Services are used so we can improve content, programs, and the app.

  • Protect the security and integrity of the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.

  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it in the following situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that process data on our behalf to run the Services, including Squarespace (website hosting and membership), Stripe (payments), Klaviyo (email marketing and automation), Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and Ads), Meta (Pixel and ads), Make (workflow automation), Notion (internal records), and Apple and Google (app distribution). These providers are bound to use your data only to provide services to us.

  • Advertising partners. Through pixels and tags, Meta and Google receive information about your activity on our site to measure ads and build audiences. Under some state privacy laws this can count as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described in Section 6 and Section 9.

  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Heavy Meta, our members, or others.

  • Business transfers. If Heavy Meta is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or control of your information.

  • With your direction. When you ask us to share something, or when you post content in a community area where other members can see it.

5. Training and health-related information

Heavy Meta is a training platform, not a healthcare provider, and we are not covered by HIPAA. Information you share about your body, training history, injuries, or physical limitations is used only to match you to programs and to coach you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertising partners. We will delete it on request (Section 9).

6. Cookies, pixels, and tracking

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in and remember your settings.

  • Measure site traffic and video engagement (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager).

  • Measure ad performance and build advertising audiences (Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking).

  • Track email opens and link clicks (Klaviyo).

Your choices:

  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may break login or checkout.

  • Global Privacy Control. We honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out from targeted-advertising sharing where required by law.

  • Meta. Adjust ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

  • Google. Adjust ad settings at adssettings.google.com and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

  • Mobile. Use your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) setting.

7. Email marketing

If you give us your email through the Constraint Method diagnostic, a signup form, an application, or a purchase, we may send you educational content, program announcements, and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but not transactional email about your account, billing, or membership.

8. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After you cancel or close your account:

  • Account and membership records are retained for up to 7 years to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

  • Diagnostic and application data are retained for up to 3 years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

  • Marketing email data are retained until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only a suppression record so we don't email you again.

  • Analytics data are retained according to the settings of the analytics provider (Google Analytics: 14 months by default).

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.

  • Correct inaccurate information.

  • Delete your personal information.

  • Port your information in a usable format.

  • Opt out of targeted advertising, "sale," or "sharing" of your information.

  • Limit use of sensitive information.

  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email michael@weareheavymeta.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity by confirming control of the email address on your account and respond within 45 days (or the period required by your local law). You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf; we will require proof of that authorization.

California residents. The rights above apply under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of Meta and Google pixels may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out via GPC or by emailing us. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 without consent (Section 11). We have not sold or shared the personal information of consumers under 16.

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other US states with privacy laws. The rights above apply to you as provided by your state's law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email; we will respond to appeals within the time your state's law requires.

EU, UK, and Switzerland. If you are in these regions, our legal bases for processing are: performance of our contract with you (account, membership, program delivery), our legitimate interests (analytics, security, improving the Services, direct marketing to existing customers), your consent (marketing to non-customers, advertising cookies), and legal obligations. You have the rights listed above plus the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Your data are transferred to and processed in the United States; we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms where required.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reliance on providers with recognized security certifications. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your password private. If we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.

11. Age requirements

The Services are for people 16 and older. If you are 16 or 17, you may use the Services only if a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has given us personal information, email michael@weareheavymeta.com and we will delete it.

12. International users

Heavy Meta is based in the United States and the Services are hosted there. If you use the Services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

13. Third-party links and services

The Services may link to third-party sites, apps, or content (for example YouTube, social media, or partner sites). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before sharing information with them.

14. Do Not Track

We honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above. We do not currently respond to other browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for how to interpret them.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or by a notice on the Services before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
