A private building for people who train, make things, and need somewhere to say what they can't say anywhere else. The first twenty members. Apply below.
For years this building has refused to be one thing. It has hosted symposiums and twenty-four-hour endurance challenges, daily training and long conversations, film shoots and podcasts and arguments that ran past midnight.
It was always a place for people to create, to gather, and to talk about the things they can't talk about anywhere else in their life. Now it's opening to the first twenty people who apply and belong here.
How it works
Apply
A short application. Who you are, what you train for, what you're building, and whether anyone here would vouch for you. It takes about ten minutes and it isn't a formality.
We talk
Michael calls every applicant. You'll walk the building, see the training hall, the studio, the commons and the recovery room, and we'll both find out whether this is the right place for you.
You're in
Accepted members get access during member hours, weekdays and weekends, and a standing invitation to everything that happens here: the training, the sessions, the symposiums, the Space Race.
Who this is for
People who already train and don't need to be sold on it. People with a project — a book, a show, a body of work, a business — who need a room, the tools, and other people in the same condition. People who are tired of the version of themselves they have to be everywhere else.
You don't need to be strong yet. You need to be serious.
A commercial gym, a coworking space, or a spa. It's one building that has always been all of those and none of them, and it stays that way by being careful about who's in the building.
The first twenty.
Applications are read in the order they arrive. When the first twenty are in, the founding rate closes with them. The building will open to more members after that; the rate won't come back.
